Hi, I bought my Roku 4k stick in March of this year. 2024... I don't know what the deal is. It says either password incorrect or can't verify my account. I called support.. haha! I won't be rude.. that doesn't solve anything by being nasty. All my husband and I want is to be able to enjoy our TV. We're both disabled and watch a lot of TV. Now we have to spend more money that we can't afford... I'm hoping that getting another Roku stick will help fix problem. Pretty sad.. the one we have is only 3 months old. As far as Roku support.. might as well not exist. Thanks.. I hope nobody has to go through what I have
