Hi, I just ordered HBO Max on 4/1 and thought it was a 30 day subscription but it says it renews on the 19th. Tried to resolve through chat who just kept repeating "I understand your question about subscription lengths. Can you tell me more about why you thought your HBO Max subscription would be 30 days?"

Tried asking to chat with a human and that went nowhere. Cancelled subscription. Suggest if you want a subscription do NOT go through ROKU!

Recommendation: Just Say NO!
