Camera works for literally 1 sec and freezes. Customer Service was a complete joke, uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no effect, but was disconnected 4 times by them usually within 10-15 secs after a response. Last text in the thread said they were "escalating my issue" and would be in touch by email and abruptly terminated my session with an "Advisor". Sent me 4 follow up emails, telling me to reply to the "No Reply" email address they sent my email from, saying was an ISP issue. I have 2 Roku TVs and several other brand cameras that all work flawlessly on my high speed Wi-Fi network. Roku's Customer Service is solely focused on dissuading customers. Horrible company and a worthless product.
