I bought a townhome in Camp Creek Village in April . Since that time, it has become clear that the work is less than quality. I'm waiting to get scheduled for my 11-month check and repair. However, there are a number of community commitments that haven't been addressed by Rocklyn from repaving the streets, placing enclosures on dumpsters and quality landscaping. They are preparing to leave the Community and we are expecting all of the work to be completed successfully before that time.

Water is entering the garage and closet across from the powder room on main level. I cannot get anyone to call me concerning this urgent matter. I purchased a townhouse from Rocklyn at Ellis Pointe on 12/17. Within four days water started entering the garage and the closet from the front wall. I was told that they would get someone to take care of the problem immediately but now no one is answering my calls, text messages or emails. There isn't even an acknowledgement of them. It appears to be a problem with the foundation. They sent a plumber thinking a pipe had burst, but he took one look and reported back to them that it is a problem with the foundation. No one appears to be working. Haley the director of customer care promised to have someone out today, Monday, 12/28, but now she is missing in action.

Plumbing piping issue Contacted Rocklyn regarding a leak when my house was under warranty they could not figure out the issue so they preformed patch work on the shower drain. One year later the same leak occurs and it turns out to be a pipe that was not properly affixed, I contacted them and sent notice of my plumbers findings. They sent their plumber out and their plumber says that he didn't find anything that would cause the issue. Stated I need to hold the handle on the toilet longer because it is a low flow toilet and if not it may cause flooding again. I had a plumber come out again to confirm his finding and it was the same issue. Contacted again Rocklyn they never responded until I repeatedly called Haley who didn't seems to be concerned at all about my issue. She keep reiterating that my warranty has expired. I've only been living in my home two years and there is no way I should be having this issue with piping not properly being installed

A construction created problem. Water is not flowing, gutters not properly hung, Causing mold and wood rot. Getting worse when it rains,Claim denied I have made several complaints to Rocklyn Homes about this home that i purchased in Nov 2016. Under my 10 year warranty agreement with the company representing Rocklyn, Centrcity.com/ I filed a claim on 9/22 and was denied. This problem is one created by poor construction. Water is not flowing properly because gutters should have been added to the overhang. the wood is rotting and causing more damage. Mold has built up on the front outside window and on the wood surrounding the window. Rocklyn Homes and Centricity refuse to answer my complaint when poor workmanship and design is the problem. It gets worse each time it rains. I have spoken with several reps at Rocklyn Homes and instead of sending someone out to take a look the just tell me that its not covered under a warranty. I purchased this home in good faith but was not allowed to use my inspector but theirs. I am obligated to pay for this home, I feel they should live up to their agreement. I am a retired, disabled senior citizen. I live in a predominantly Black neighborhood where homes were built and purchased around the same time as mine. those with the same design as mine look much better and are not rotting like mine. obviously there is a problem that they won't address. They should fix this problem in a hurry, they are a construction company.
