3B Realty Group is a bad choice for a property manager

3B Realty Group is a bad choice for a property manager. They don't fix our rat problem or our broken building. The windows are leaking and the pipes are flooding when we shower. We call them for maintenance, but they don't answer or they lie. They charged us $800 for electricity, but we think they're adding other properties to our bill. We called Duke, but they just told us to pay or we'll lose power. These guys are thieves who don't care about us.

We rent a house from 3B Realty Group and it was not what we expected. They said the house was over 2000 sq ft, but it was only 1000 sq ft. The house was dirty, smelled like pee, and had broken windows. There was dog poop all over the backyard. The pictures showed a nice bathroom and kitchen, but they were covered in contact paper. The garage was full of trash and the basement had cat throw up and litter everywhere. We had to clean everything ourselves and they only gave us one month free rent. We found rats in the house and it took them weeks to send someone to help. They also kept our deposit for no reason.
