I bought a brand new Tissot Gentleman 40 on a local ad but within 2 days there’s a fogging on the dial so I go to Rivoli, Dubai mall to have it serviced. There’s not too much scratch when I give it to them since I only used it a few times and they took a picture of the watch but when they give it back, there is a deep scratch on the lugs like they don’t know how to properly remove a spring bar. On the scratches on the corner back case when they open it and a very visible scratch on the 6 o’clock bracelet. At the time when I took it from Rivoli, I didn’t noticed it as I was In a hurry and just happy that it was fixed, just wind the watch and shook it a little bit to check, but didn’t noticed the scratches. Cause you shouldn’t be worried of scratches because you just sent it to serviced right? And I’m wrong. I mailed them what happened and they still didn’t reply. It was really disappointing and this was my first time to serviced my watch.
