I would like to make a complaint about your A La Carte restaurants in Rui Palace Cabo san Lucas,
I will start with the Indian There were only three starters and three main meals on offer of which two of these were fish, very bland food.
Italian We went in there for dinner and they have a signature dish the lamb ribs which we wanted to try but they had run out, also when we asked for napkins they had run out of these too,
We asked for red wine which was served chilled nit they way red wine should be served .
My husband and son had to have steak as the ribs had run out they asked for the steak to be cooked medium first and second stake was cremated and then we walked out off the restaurant and the seafood pasta was horrible as well.
The steak restaurant was the only one that was adequate but the menu is very small as well only two steaks on offer. the starter chicken salad had no chicken and on three occasions we had to ask the waiter to get more chicken.
Overall a very disappointing holiday I would say the food could only be a 2 star yet the resort is supposed to be 5 star..
I would find it really hard to recommend your hotel and after paying an all inclusive price for five of us we had to eat of on several occasions because the food was very,
