I recently purchased your Cheddar flavor Tasted Chips and immediately fell in love with them over your sour cream and onion and you original flavor chips. I had trouble finding them again, so when I did, I grabbed a couple of bags, but I am very disappointed. They are not nearly as flavorful as the first bag was. I don't have the information from the first bag, which I may have bought from a Dollar General, but I have attached a photo of the second bag's identifying information.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a coupon for a replacement bag or two. I haven't tried the second bag bought on the same day because I don't want it to go stale. Thank you.

I have come to LOVE Ritz Toasted Chips, and especially their cheddar flavor. I haven't bought potato chips in a while because I love these so much more! I've enjoyed all the flavors I've tried, but I'm a cheddar person, so I really love that flavor. Kudos to Ritz for a great product!
