Rite Window review: Shower stall not completed

2025 I did write a review about this company. It seems like complaints get a better answer. First two men came to my house, to start with putting the shower in. My husband notice when he looked. It was the wrong shower base the guy was putting in 34x48 shower base. We order 36x48 shower base. Then my husband notice The guy was putting the Joyce near the shower drain. My husband asked the guy his job title. He was Apprentice, and he needed someone their with him to make sure he did the work right. My husband went to town hall and showed, the guy in charge of looking at plumbing work. There is suppose to be Master plumber doing this work with a permit, and there should be another permit showing how the work will be done. Some one showed up 9/22 to take measurements of the shower, and took the wrong shower base out, and told the person in charge of the drawings, the measurements. To have the person send to town hall. My husband went to town hall 9/24 and the drawing did not show the measurements on the Joyce. Also still no master plumber that did not sign up to get a permit. I am stressed out with this company. Why wait so long to find a Master plumber? The right shower, base was order from Kohler on the 16th. What is going to happen next.?
