Rite Window review: Be careful

2025 My husband and I hired this company for shower install,for upstairs. When the two guys came to our house. My husband checked on how the work was going .He notice that one of the men that was fixing a Joyce near a fixture.He was not doing it right. My husband took a picture of this. He also asked the guy what type of plumber he was ? He said I am Apprentice,he was suppose to have someone with him to check on his work to make sure he was doing everything right. My husband went town hall and showed the guy who is in charge of building.The guy said to my husband he was right with what he found , that is wrong. Also he asked did they show you a permit? My husband said no,the guy at town hall called Rite window, for drawings on the 9/16 to say they want better drawings and measurements. The drawings the first time did not give enough information. I called town hall on the 9/18 and the guy said no drawings yet.He said to the company needs to show that they will have master plumber with permit,and license. On 9/22 a guy came to my house to measure and take out the shower base. He had to take out the shower base because the first was wrong 34,and suppose to be 36.The contract says before job was started ,the drain had to be drained because of water.That never happened.
I never thought a company would do this to a customer. I am so stressed out.
