M.D.C. Holdings / Richmond American Homes review: Frustrating experience with Builder’s Lender "Chris Webber"

I wanted to share my experience regarding the service I received. The builder has their own lender, and unfortunately, he did not meet expectations. Communication was unclear, and I often had to ask multiple times to get basic explanations that should have been provided upfront. The process felt unnecessarily complicated, making things harder than they should be.
Our file was not reviewed thoroughly from the beginning, and many of my questions were not answered accurately. I strongly feel that someone familiar with the process would need to correct what he says. If you are already familiar with the process, you might be able to navigate it with him, but if you are not, I would not recommend moving forward with this lender.
