Project partially completed on 10/22/15. * I spent $240 to a handyman as a courtesy in moving all the items from the garage and lanai. Those items ended up spending the night outside and uncovered because Rich didn't have the carpet. * Late for each appointment. This was supposed to be a 1 day job. * 1 appointment set for 3pm and he said that would be impossible to complete. So why set the appt? Btw, his work hours begin no earlier than 12 noon. * Showed up the next day, again late, without the carpet. So items are being moved around more times than I can count. And I was the one helping each and every time, yet per the contract, it was his job. * Promised to show on Mon @ 9am to complete the whole job. No show till 12 noon. * Then promised Tues @ 10:30 am. No show till 12:15pm. * Then promised Wed @ 4pm to finish job. No show/no call. * Thurs: No show. Asked to do next week. * Fired! * Do use him if you enjoy 3 page daily texts explaining why you will not be serviced or if your schedule means nothing to you.

Richard Rokowski is a dirty fraud scammer. Fake company. He took my deposit, never returned. He intended to fraud. Google his name, he was an inmate in the Orange County Jail. He belongs in Jail.
BEWARE of this scam artist. He takes your deposit and you will never see him again. His method of stealing is by 'Procrastination'. He strings you along, with excuse after excuse, letting you think he is coming back, but he never will. I am also filing a report with the Winter Garden Police Dept. They know him well.

I contracted Richard and paid him for flooring . He never did the work and he owes me over 1260$ This happened over a year ago . He has lead me on this whole time promising to pay back
Took deposit ripped out all carpet piled in garage. Never came back with carpet to install. Came a half dozen times without carpet and acted like he was preping floor. After 30 days of excuses and no shows had to fire him and probably will not get a return for deposit he promised.
Do not let this guy anywhere near your home.

Definitely file the police report and call the prosecutor in an above comment as we’ve been trying for years to get this guy! Call Tanya at [protected], case #2017 CF 1898. How much did get you for? Another thought maybe call Todd Ulrich, which didn’t get Richard to pay us back or contact another investigative reporter on the news to see if they’ll chase him down and have better luck. Keep me informed of your results.

I have been a recent victim of Richard Rokowski and I am filing a police report next week. I was able to get a hold of his driver's license and vehicle tag when he came to my neighborhood. Has anybody else filed a police report? or going to a prosecutor is more effective?
Richard Rokowski aka SCAMMER, fake company, unlicensed, took my deposit, never showed up again. He intended to fraud. He belongs in Jail.
I have not and am pretty sure no one else did either!
I think you should call Todd Ulrich and piggy back on our complaint. Let me know what you decide.

Richard ripped me off $500 cash deposit. Never did job. Promised to return money. Never did. See supporting text screenshots from his phone. Got ripped off by Richard Rokowski from facebook [protected] took $500 cash deposit and never did job. Always had an excuse. Kept wanting me to put money directly into his Well Fargo account under Richard Rokowsi LLC. I asked for a refund for weeks and he replied by text see below that he would return the money. He Never did. I gave him plenty of time as you can see from screen shot of his text replies. Wife found numerous people on fb with same scenario.
This could be my story! Pretty much the exact same scenario! Another victim of Richard's, Gilbert Hernandez, contacted me as he's a private investigator and wants to put our experiences together to present a case to the state to try and stop Richard from continuing to do this! Unfortunately, I have to agree as well. Our story is the same with Richard Rokowski. Promises, lies, and more lies. We filed with Lake County Licensing Department asking for help. They confirmed he doesn't have a license even though he uses LLC at the end of his name some time to advertise himself. Lake County instructed us to go to the police and because of the amount he took from us.
Did you receive a message from me a couple weeks ago about a gentleman by the name of Gilbert Hernandez, a private investigator that also had the same experience with Richard? He's trying to out enough of our stories together to file with with the state.
I totally agree with Ben's comments! It's pretty much the same experience we've had with Richard Rokowski with the exception we requested a refund last September and have received nothing but lies and false promises. Even filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, he told the Seniors vs. Crime organization that he was so sorry, "no way to run a business" and would bring the money by our home, check's in the mail you name it we've heard it all but never received our refund! Outrageous that he gets away with this!
