On September 1, I paid $32,723.17 for an automobile delivery. However, the automobile did not arrive on the promised dates of September 1 and 2. Due to this delay, I decided to cancel my order. Surprisingly, on or around September 17, the car mysteriously appeared in my driveway. To my astonishment, someone managed to climb over my five-foot fence and left the key on my front porch.

I gotta say, *** at Rich Ford is like a 6-star kinda gal, maybe even more
I gotta say, *** at Rich Ford is like a 6-star kinda gal, maybe even more. She really knows her stuff and her customer skills are outta this world. I mean, I gotta drive like 3 hours just to see her, but it's totally worth it. I could easily go to my local dealer, but nah, I'd rather come back to Rich Ford just for her. She's like the MVP of the whole place.
Rich Ford is the most ethical and trustworthy Ford dealership in New Mexico!
Service was fine, as usual. It was busy, but my truck was ready when the service advisor said it would be. I appreciate the amenities and the coffee machine in the waiting area.
Always great honest service and done on time and properly. Prices are competitive.

They broked my car while working on it so you think I would write a negative review but they were courteous, apologized, order the part and had it fixed the next day. They kept in contact with me and fixed the mistake. I appreciated the honesty and prompt repair during these supply shortage times. I was grateful They were able to get the part!
This dealership changed the terms of a deal many weeks after it was signed. There's a clear paper trail showing what happened and Management refused to remedy it because they got away with it for so long.

My car was in bad shape and couldn't be fixed, so they sent me to the Sales Department. The next evening, I was driving home in a different vehicle! Thanks to the folks at Rich Ford for providing me with the assistance and time I required. They patiently answered all of my numerous questions until the very end. The customer service was excellent, and all of the representatives were friendly and greeted you with a smile. Thank you once again!
Service was good and feedback from our assigned representative, ***, was timely and reassuring
Service was good and feedback from our assigned representative, ***, was timely and reassuring. This is especially notewrthy given that personnel staffing was a problem due to pandemic and peak Holiday time. Feedback from technicians was knowledgeable and informative. This is the second time we have, mid travel relied on Richfield over the Holidays and would use their services again.
Great, friendly service!

The tech receiver was rated 5 STARS but the oil change technician got only 4 STARS for not heeding notes.

Went to Rich Ford a couple weeks ago looking for a used truck
Went to Rich Ford a couple weeks ago looking for a used truck. Looked around at their inventory, even went in the bullpen to see the trucks that hadnt been inspected yet and werent on sale. Salesperson showed us a nice clean truck and we expressed our interest in it. He told us that it would be apart of their Black Friday sale and that the event would start at 6:30 so we should be there at 6 to be early in line. Got there a little before 6 on Black Friday and were waiting outside when one of the employees told us that she would get a salesperson out to us. We asked her if the guy we talked to previously would be able to help us and she said she would call him (he wasnt there yet). Waited around a while longer and didnt want to miss out on the truck we wanted, so asked if another salesperson could help us. We were then informed that they didnt open until 7, so we would have to wait until then. Waited around a while longer, when the woman that told us she would get us a salesperson walked by. We told her that we didnt want to wait for our original salesperson anymore because we wanted to get the truck before someone else could. She asked us which truck we were interested in, and when we told her, she informed us that the truck had just now been sold. We asked her about the one next to it which had also just now been sold. All of the people that were there while we were had been looking at other vehicles. In addition, if they didnt open until 7, how could the trucks already have been sold? Its quite obvious that certain vehicles had been reserved for friends or family before people even had the chance to look at them. Later on in the day, while listening to the radio at work, heard a live interview, during which they were advertising the same truck I had tried to buy earlier that morning. If the truck was already sold, why would they be advertising it on the radio? So, preferential treatment AND bait and switch marketing tactics? Seems like some pretty shady business practices going on over at Rich Ford

Buyer beware! I ordered a new Bronco in early August and gave them a $500 deposit. At that time my trade-in was valued through the internet to be worth between $8,000 and $10,000. Well, my Bronco finally arrived last weekend. My grief started when they said that they would now give me $5,000 for my trade. I eventually settled for $7,000 for the trade because there was a special promotion going that if you financed the car through their preferred Credit company, they would give a $1,000 dollar rebate and a $500 trade-in bonus. The sales manager tried to tell me that the offer had expired but it was finally determined that since I had placed the order in early August, I was entitled to the additional offers.
So I'm in the finance manager's office and he is going over the paperwork (very quickly). He starts telling me about the warranty coverage and the extended provision for a 5-year extended warranty and how great it is because it would cover all the electronics (which I would need because it is a Bronco?!). I asked what this would cost and he said it was all covered and there was no additional cost. Well, when I got the final paperwork I find that I am being charged $4,500 dollars for the maintenance contract and an additional $1,000 for a service contract (oil changes, etc.) through a secondary business called Ethos.
Now, I get a call and they are telling me that my original $500 deposit check was apparently shredded. Thankfully I was able to cancel (I think) both the service and maintenance contracts - we will see if that really happens since these charges were included in the financing.
