Dear Revlon Team,

I would like to raise a concern regarding the Revlon Age Defying 3X foundation. My family and I have been loyal customers for many years and have always used shade No. 35 with great satisfaction.

Recently, I purchased three bottles in the new round packaging at R280 each (for myself, my mom, and my mother-in-law). When we got home, we noticed that the colour was noticeably different — it had a more orange tone than before. I then bought another bottle in shade No. 25, hoping it would be closer to the previous shade, but unfortunately it also looks very different.

Has the formula or shade tone been changed? I have spent R1,120 on foundations that do not match the usual colour I’ve always used. This is extremely disappointing, especially since I have never used any other foundation brand.

Could you please advise what you would recommend so that I can get value for my money, or if there’s a way to exchange or find a proper match with the new packaging?
