The support team didn't know how to use the software
It was such a waste of my time. I have got the software from www.giftcardzen.com. I tried to use it, but I didn’t know how to do it. I tried to reach someone from their support team, but these guys had no idea how it worked as well. I am shocked and disappointed that I have wasted my money and time for the company, which provides products and can explain how to use it.
