www.accountsreceivable.com Dishonesty to small business looking for collections

September and october 2016 a salesman (Shane) for the company kept calling me after I requested a quote. After a long discussion with him I did sign on and send several account. I was told by the gentleman that the rates were 30% for all accounts under a year old etc. So after looking around felt they could do a good job. They began working them and I got a ton of nasty calls but I figured it would be forth it. Then after they collected, supposedly several accounts I kept asking for a detailed list with no avail. So I waited and waited for my check for accounts collected. On dec 24 I got a $50.90 check. Far less that computer shows collected. Called found out they keep 50% for all accounts less than $1000. All of my accounts are less than $1000. So now they keep 50% and do not send checks as they promised! Shane, their employee said they send checks quickly. Come to find out they send them out the next month after collecting except to date they show $1999.. Everything I was told and promised has been a lie and to this moment I have only received one check for $50.90, half of what the client paid them.
I do not suggest ever using this company. They have done nothing but lie to me.
When I call the people I speak with are very short and don't answer the questions I need answered. To date they show $1999.26 collected and I have received a $50.90 check. Clients are saying they paid but I have no proof etc. Never been so unhappy with a company like this. I am a small business in the slowest time of the year for us. I turned over accounts and went through the horrible phone calls to get funds quickly. Still no payment except the $50.90 check.

www.accountsreceivable.com The manager didn't inform me about the [protected]@n and the account was closed

I contacted the company www.accountsreceivable.com and asked to help me with the [protected]@n. The manager told me that they would open the account for me and it would cost a small sum. However, the company took about $130 for the account and they promised to check the records and provide response about the [protected]@n within couple of days. No one contacted me, and they closed my account without my notice.

www.accountsreceivable.com they didn't get my forms about the quotes

I filled the form on the website www.accountsreceivable.com in order to get a quote. It was mentioned that they would receive all quotes within one business day. I waited the response from the company, but nothing. I called them and the rep was surprised to hear that I wanted to get a quote. They didn’t get my form. I returned to the website and filled the form again, but they haven’t replied yet. I don’t understand what I haven’t done properly. Please, need some help.
