Warm Things is rated F by the Better Business Bureau. Their website is a complete sham. They will not process your order and ship you anything, however they will charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed. You might find out a month later that your item sold out, and they'll ask if you want to order something else. Save yourself the time and aggravation and do not deal with these lowlifes. Wam Things does not employ any americans so you will be left trying to communicate with a foreign worker who never graduated from high school. It's seriously not worth the time or aggravation. Warm Things is guaranteed to give you a headache if you order from them.

Warm Things is the worst company ever. They are unethical and are rated F by the Better Business Bureau. If you place an order online you will be charged immediately regardless of whether they have the merchandise. The employees that work there are immigrants with poor English skills so you will receive ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will not tell you that your order is delayed or any information at all. You will be left hanging for 3 weeks or so at which time they might call you on the phone to tell you that whatever you ordered sold out. Good companies do not charge you for products that are not in stock. My advice is do not order for Warm Things. It's a nightmare trying to get your money back and dealing with the ### they employ.
