My mother in law was looking through her Facebook stumbled across this keto crap, had no intention of purchasing but somehow got a notification that £200 had come out of her account. 10 days later 5 bottles of Keto Weight Loss formula, 60 capsules. All of which she did not ask for, she's almost 70 and not interested in taking foreign dietary supplements. She is however wanting her money back because this American based company scammed her. Sort this it before I take it further

I keep getting the keto diet pills even though I didn’t order them. Keep returning them only to get more the next month. I notified my credit card to dispute the charges. I am going to call the BBB this afternoon to see if they can help me.
I have been receiving a package of Keto pills and Cleansing Pill every other month and I have not ordered them. I keep mailing them back stating to STOP.. and received another one today. I will be notifying BBB and will not be accepting anything else . PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY. I don't know who you are charging but will notify all my credit cards immediately.

9/19/20 Received this package. I did not want these. No answer on phone number provided just music playing when you dial. On a chat, they emailed a cancellation confirmation when I complained 9/20/20. I will mail back via USPS with a confirmation from them.

I received 3 bottles today in the mail. I Didn't Order Them! Don't know what company is sending them or which of my credit cards they charged. So I have no clue who to call! This is crazy! The same thig happened to me. I returned the bottles pursuant to the company's instructions and I have not had a refund. They say they didn't receive the return.
