I received 3 bottles today in the mail. I Didn't Order Them! Don't know what company is sending them or which of my credit cards they charged. So I have no clue who to call! This is crazy! Package has my name on it with 3 bottles of this crap! Now what can I do?
The item is:. KETO Advanced Weight Loss 60 capsules. 3 bottles included
The bottle reads:. Simply Diet Keto
Just called the number one eight eight eight five four one two two five nine, first time it sent me to a full mailbox, called again and a human answered. I quoted that I had sent my order back with a USPS signature confirmation, she verified it and told me I’d receive a refund in 3-5 days, but $25 would be subtracted for stocking costs ( 🤬 ) but I will see if things went thru as promised.
May I ask you what name they are using to bill you? I'm having a hard time finding my charges. Ketos keep coming!

This fraud ring that currently operates out of PO BOX 7000 Smyrna TN 37167 works by buying your stolen credit card data, then registering an email address that contains your name in it and the proceeding with unauthorized billing. Their 'products' are not labeled with manufacturer information and violate laws regarding selling of such products. I suggest trying to convince your financial institution rather than playing this game of returning this potentially dangerous substance to the Fulfillment Center. I suggest also filing complaints with FTC for fraud at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/ and USPS for unlawful shipment of improperly labeled substances at https://www.uspis.gov/report. You can also try to call Smyrna Police department about criminal shipments from Smyrna. Smyrna TN police department is (615) 459‐6644. There is a slight chance that some of them will get caught if or at least that this way this particular Fulfilment Center closes its doors
I agree, they are a criminal organization dealing in stolen identity to create accounts that order bogus products and charge bank cards hundreds of dollars to a Tampa recipient, most likely H & M Distribution, LLC, 500 N West Shore Blvd, Ste 605, Tampa, FL [protected]. They are registered as a Tennessee Foreign Limited Liability Company. They are the subject of many complaints for CBD gummies ( many brand names) that were not ordered and hundreds of dollar of charges to bank cards. They operate a distribution from Smyrna, 1900 Midway Ln, Smyrna, TN [protected]. They use phone numbers that are Asian third party call centers.
Banks will investigate fraud, and if your bank info is stolen and you did not lose your card or give to someone else to use, you will not lose your money if you report it before 60 days go by. Federal law. I think the banks will pressure the DOJ to go after this scam operation, it is international and it is violating many laws.

Don’t bother calling any numbers. They will only try to scam you for some reduced charge or payment and then continue to charge you monthly. You need to contact your credit card company and contest the charge and have them give you a new card and number. They have your card information and will continue to charge you monthly if you’re not careful.

WHO CAN I CALL OR CONTACT?
Check your credit card statements and look for a charge you don’t recognize!
Then cancel that card by having the card company change the number and issues you a new card.
Don’t bother trying to call the fulfillment center or any phones numbers for this bogus company. Doing so will only give them more opportunity to try to scam you more or get more personal information from you.
OMG, I was thought I was the only one. I also received a package with 2 bottles that I didn't order. No Idea what to do with them.

I'm a victim here as well - have some questions based on your recent experience ...
What was the charge you saw on your account? Or had they not charged you yet?
When you called did they notify you of what charge card they used or had on file?
How do you know they will not continue the monthly charges on your credit card?
Here is what I did for my situation. We found which credit card they had charged. We called the credit card company and had them refund us the money and then changed our number and got sent a new card. I also filed a better business bureau report in the state of Tennessee for that company.
I do not want to receive or be charged for any more of your merchandise. It doesn't work and i have not ordered any more products...Thanking you in advance for removing me from your list. Please reimburse the charges and cancel any additional shipments! mary e. Danz
My husband noticed an unauthorized charge on his bank debit card, he immediately cancelled the card the same day, about three weeks ago. Today a package arrived in the mail with cbd gummies and they are labeled as Proper cbd gummies, shipped from Fulfillment Center P.O. BOX 7000, Smyrna TN 37161

Stop trying to find out who sent you these and focus on finding out which of your credit cards they have; because they are charging you monthly and will continue to do so. Find the charge in your transactions and work with the bank to get the charges reimbursed. Then have them cancel your existing number and issue a new one. If they won’t help you then you’ve got a bad lender you shouldn’t be using anyway \ in that case pay off the card and cancel it completely and accept your losses. But in general you should never fully cancel a credit card as it will be bad for your credit store. But they should offer to give you a new number so they can’t continue to bill you for shipments of (gosh knows what) that you never asked to receive.
I received more bottles of Proper CBD Gummies. I do NOT want any further shipments of these. If I receive more, I will ship them back COD.

Actually my 70 year old mother received them and she has never taken a drug in her life. She would not try these if I paid her.

I ordern2 bottles for $38. got 5 for $199 and i cant find any way to return them because there is NO info on their company. the websit says "buy here" but thats it. Same situation. I never ordered from this company and I’ve had 3 recurring charges, 1st one for $198.78, 2nd one for $49.68 and most recent one was for $198.78. Found a 1-800 number but was on hold for 5 minutes and this sketchy automated message says no one can take my call and then hung up on me. I ended up going to my bank and got a new bank card and filed fraudulent charges because I did not buy these.
Exactly what happened to me, my local bank teller basically said its my fault for not catching the reoccurring charges on the first billing day. That most likely I was either lying or incompetent for using my debit card for online purchases and that it was doubtful I would be believed or refunded for this fraud. I canceled the card and had to change all my subscription accounts. I will file a police report if not reimbursed. Tightening the security on every one of my accounts.
