I switched to visible wireless 11/26/22 at12:90pm. There was not a spot for me to add a promo codefor first 3 months of service to get 15.00 off. So I tried contacting their chat service. After 8 attempts and several hours I never got a single connection with an agent. I was so frustrated I cancelled my service. I want my 30.00 for first month of service...

Customer service will purposefully not answer any of your questions directly. I am convinced they are just chat bots programmed to be passive aggressive to the extreme. It's sad they make people wait in a queue as well, to make it seem like they are real customer service agents. They are duping people

I have been trying to purchase cell service and start a family plan with people in my city, we live in a city named big oak flat in California, its a small mountain town near Yosemite. Our town is small and does not have residential delivery of mail, so we all have to have post office boxes. This company refuses pobox orders. I just wish i had a way to let them know how many people are like me and cant get normal mail.
They have a short support text number of 99370...if a bunch of people texted it and said something like " Your PO Box Policy Sucks" maybe they would get the message.
