Telecom Namibia No phone service

happened more than a year ago move the tower nothing no signal on farms
No corpiration to migrate us too a other service or fix the solution
They dont give a dam if we git service or not and braked contract
Possible solution move tower or move us too new servicr
Technically they dont try to give a solution
Only to show no worries and says we dont care
