Verifone Vx570 credit card machine reviews and complaints
Securus is the worst rip off $10,000.00
Securus is the worst rip-off ever $10, 000.00. The sales person changed my contract after signing, used misleading sales techniques, over priced products and lengthy contract!
On September 1 2011, Justin LeMaster came into my place of business. I signed a simple merchant application. He agreed to provide a terminal that I would be able to return at anytime. Later, I received a notice in the mail of a lease agreement between me and FDGL. I immediately called to let the company know that I did not authorize these charges they said I could return it and refunded the lease fees. I received the refund and attempted to make a return and they denied ever telling me anything. So I quickly FEDEX the equipment to the FL address and stopped pay. Two months later, FDGL wants me to pay for a $10, 000.00 lease agreement that I did not authorize for a credit card machine that has a suggested retail sale price of $699 at staples and FDGL: http://www.staples.com/Verifone-VX570-Credit-Card-Terminal/product_757798 Both the sales and customer service people have not worked with me. They keep calling me daily threatening to ruin my good credit and take me to court. Fortunately for me, I made copies of the original signed documents that does NOT include any lease amounts. I've made a police report, written the BBB's, and the State and Local Attorney Generals. More to come but please feel free to respond with any questions or suggestions! #[protected]
