Upward Bound Training Solutions Undisclosed information

I went for an interview and they signed my up for training with this company. My credit card was charged but this Upward Bound Training company failed to disclose that I need to complete the course in 90 days. Now that I have not completed the course yet & I was planning to start studying, they are telling me I need to pay additional fee to extend the 90 days. A rip off. I have sent emails to them but they are being very vague in their emails.

Upward Bound Training Solutions Unauthorized card use and refused to refund my money

I only went for an interview with bankers life and casualty and i did not accept job offer. 2 days later this company charged my account 99 dollar.

He is refusing to refund my money saying that they do not offer a refund. I explained to him how he got my information through bankers lie and they the one who provided him with my credit card information. I only went for a job interview and they took my information in the system. They first had agreed to issue me refund and now 2 months later charged my account again $99 or I did not even do any business with him or his company. I called him and he is saying that he will not refund to deal with it he does not care.
