When will Government(s) get the balls to start treating these serious scams as serious crime and prosecute at the same level as treason, sedition, grand theft, or murder. Yeah they are killing people!

fraud
I wanted to download a film, as advertised on Google. I went on their site, signed up for what I thought was a 7 day trial for $1.99.
I received an email saying I'd been charged over $55 for a bunch of things besides this.
I called their number (who knows where in the world), and was told I didn't "un-check" these things, and there was now nothing I could do.
It would take 5 to 10 Business days (that's 2 weeks, folks), to get a refund, except for that original $1.99 .
I called PayPal, they said the company could just stop the whole thing, since there had been no payment made yet.
I recalled the company, asked for a Supervisor, got a big story, got mad, and was hung up on.
I called again, got a nice person, who said the refund should come sooner, which it did.
Meanwhile, I have attempted on MANY occaisions to use my 7 day trial, which I paid for, and KNOW WHAT?
I CAN NEVER LOG ON, NEVER DOWNLOAD ANYTHING!
I JUST GET PAGES SAYING NOT AVAILABLE, PAGE DOWN TRY LATER, ...BLAH BLAH
You get the idea.
This is a complete SCAM!
Google should knock them off right now!

This site offers downloads for $1.99 as a 7-day trial, then charged me $27, and now does not give me access. It is a total fraud, and I have filed a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Just reversed the charges with my bank for 31$ and stopped my card, consultant said that charges can still be banked by the fraudulant website. I googled a game and was directed to a website that seems kosher, i dont mind paying but the game isnt available on the website. What the hell kind of world do we live in where banks make it easy for fraudsters to rob us. Babylon is getting me down !
paid the yearly fee 24.00 for unlimited downloads, now get get on access web site, what do u do next
have receipt paid mastercard but call them and mastercard cant help
First off it 'denies' you access, then asks you to register and pay a 'one off fee of only $1.99 for unlimited downloads over a 7-day period'... only to lead you to a fake P2P program download and not an actual torrent! Complete waste of time and money if you ask me. Stick to PirateBay.org and isoHUNT.
on 12010 ordered 360Pro prod: however, upon reviewing the same day, I cancelled my order & requested refund ...they keep promising me that the refund will arrive in 5 10 business days ...it is now June 13 & still no answer
Same as the other complaints. Charged 4 times more than they should have - the only thing they seem to supply are links to freeware etc - most of these don't even work on my computer.
Stay away from these guys!

I was expecting to be charged 24.88 € as I was registrating when I saw that I would be charged 65.19 €. I tried to stop the registration but it was impossible.
It is impossible to contact unrestrictedownloads.com so I sent a mail to Csinfohome.com. I do not know if I' ll get an answer.

Non response to emails
When completing details on the net I noticed an extra item for US$14.88. I imediately stopped completing form which the final stage had not been completed and arrowed back to find where I had ticked for this item. It took me back to the start of registration. I put my email details in again to see where it would take me and was adviswd I was already a member dispite not completeing the application previously. I checked my card ststement on line and my account had already been charged. The charge will appear as "FREESOFTDOWNLOADZ.COM". I have sent emails to "[protected]@get-idownload.com" but no luck.

I have had the same problem with these people. They charged me $66.00 and have yet to refund me my money. I have e-mailed a Kimberly Binette and received proof of the e-mails delivery. This has been going on since August 8, 2009. Still no resolution.
What is the deal? I too did the same thing and on my bill, yes, they got me too, there is a [protected] number and it states only open during week hours 8a.m.-7p.m. I have yet to talk to anyone still and no answers to "submit ticket" e-mail. I've tried that ay least 10 times to no avail. Help?
