Beware and stay clear
Basically i ordered 2 pairs of uggs for christmas presents and only one arrived.Having emailed uggbootshop.com on at least ten occasions the ugg boots have still not arrived and all this comapny has to say is that the boots in question have been dispatched.At one point they had the cheek to blame their own courier. I just feel that i am banging my head against a brick wall and feel deeply cheated.

Unauthorized charges
My Mum ordered some boots from them as a gift to me in Jan 09, They took the cash via paypal, we received receipts etc. we have managed to e mail the company but what a waste of time they are! they have supposedly have no tracking system for their air mail even though on their website it states international deliveries take 7-14 days! the best answer we have had off them is that " their boots are very popular globally and that they will arrive in the near future!"
No word of refund?part refund or just even wear my boots are that they have had the cash for over 2 months!

We ordered 4 pair of "ugg boots" for Xmas for my wife and kids and had a promise that we would get them in 14 to 28 working days. Its now 25-1-09 and we have been told we can not have our money back even though we have only had 1 pair of boots. We had to go out and buy the boots for xmas presents on xmas eve from our local town centre. Now we have no refund X 3 and no boots X 3.

Totally fake! I only believed it was a real site for the company because I made a blackfriday purchase. Got ripped off and no refund or products!

Very poor company.
Paid for several goods and received no goods. Over 4 months have passed and i have received no goods and company refuses to give an refund. Appears to be a bogus company
