Touchstone / Opportunity in Richmond Hill has really poor workmanship, the drywall work is really bad quality, poor finishes, leaking roof, bad insulation system, etc... Be sure all items are listed in the 1st year form, when is expired you will loose all calims. They never finished the work in the wood stairs and when I called Customer Service there is nothing to do. Advise: Try to not buy from this contractor and if you do it hire an independent inspector to inspect and help you filling the form. Go to your neighbors houses and try to find is something is misiing on yours since for sure it will be... Pay attention on all missing finishes

Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. Bottom line: In order to make things right, WE would have to either disassemble or repack both items in boxes WE purchased and take to UPS. We said "no".
