Very poor customer service. Phone system goes in circles. Can't a rep. When you ge one they are worthless. Log in help is worthless. Sends expired links, can't get another one. Rude res put you on hod 1/2 hr. Hang up. Unacceptable. I pay my bill. Get no customer service! Got bunch on lonnys answering phones. Could get log in help. Make in process easier

Tecco gas. Charge very price! "budget billing" is a joke. My bill is now $18.00 more a month.

Customer service is non exsistant. Just a phone maze. If you get a rep, they read of a card.

It takes 10 min to get someone schedule to check a gas leak.
First get someone to answer phone, than take info and read disclimer, thn get put on hold while they a tech.
