Edr cheque not received
I purchased Tata Manza from Tafe Reach Limited in April 2014 after many follow ups with sales person Shivakumar. Again numerous calls to him and his team leader I received my Rc book and insuranace papers in June 2014. He got the papers signed for Edr in may 2014. He promised to get the EDR amount within 3 to 4 months. After so many calls made to him he said that he left the organization. Hence I called up his team leader Mr.Saravanan who cooly passed the ball to some one who was handling accounts. Since we were not aware of the status of my money called up Tafe landline numbers and wow what a beautiful employee who keeps on disconnecting calls.Mr.Ramkrishnan attended my call and said that he would return the call within 5 minutes. Perhaps his clock doesnt work . He never called up

He didnt call back.Atlast after numerous calls to Anna Salai Tafe Reach Office one Mr.Naresh told he would check and call back.Though he never call back atleast Iresponded my calls and informef that EDR was.givenn already and disconnected saying he was in middle of some training.
Today I called up Mr.Unnikrishnan on his office cug number. He listened to my whole story and informed that he needed one day to check and revert. He also asked us to call and remind this again tomorrow. What a wonderful organization and its manager.Long live Tafe Reach but not any of its customers.

AT THE TIME OF DEALING HE ASSURES US TO GIVE THE FOLLOWING.
1. 10000/- CASH DISCOUNT
2. ACCESSORIES (MUD FLAP, SEAT COVERS, FLOOR MATS)
3. EXCHANGE BONUS 15000/-
4. COORPORATE BONUS 6000/- TO 15000/-
BUT WHEN WE TAKE THE DELIVERY OF CAR, YOUR EXECUTIVE DIDN’T GIVE US ANY RESPONSE AFTER THE DELIVERY OF CAR.
WHEN WE DEMANDED THE BILLS OF CAR, YOUR PATIALA SHOWROOM’S EXECUTIVE TOLD US TO DEPOSIT 1300/- MORE INSTEAD OF RETURNING 700/- RS TO US.
AT THAT TIME, WE CALL TO YOU, AND YOU HELP US AND GIVE US BILLS AND SERVICE BOOK OF THE CAR.
AFTER DISCUSSION WITH MR. BHUPINDER SHARMA JI, THEY TOLD THAT THEY ARE HELPLESS IN THE CASE OF SEAT COVERS. I WONDERED HOW A COMPANY CAN CHEAT WITH THEIR VALUEABLE CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO GIVE THE FACILITIES THAT PROMISED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
NOW I HAVE CALL MR. BHUPINDER SHARMA JI FOR MANY TIMES FOR THE ENQUIRY OF EXCHANGE BONUS AND COORPORATE BONUS AND I SHOCKED WHEN SOMEBODY “NITIN” PICK THE PHONE AND TOLD THAT THEY HAVE DELIVER THE CAR FROM THEIR DEALER SHOWROOM AND THESE BONUS ARE NOT APPLICAPABLE ON THESE CASES. NOW PLEASE TELL ME THAT, IS THIS CUSTOMERS PROBLEM THAT FROM WHERE YOU HAVE SOURCE THE CAR, AND IS IT JUSTIFIED THAT THESE FACILITIES ARE NOT FOR SUCH TYPE OF CASES.
NOW, AFTER THE HARRASHMENT OF TWO MONTHS, AND MENTEL DEPRESSION GIVEN FROM YOUR SIDE, I REQUEST TO YOU AGAIN PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH NO DELAY. OTHERWISE WE ARE COMPELLED BY YOU TO TAKE NECCESSARY ACTION FOR OUR RIGHTS.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I own a Tata Manza and service is really poor. I would like to file a complain against Him Motor Peera Garhi Branch New Delhi. They never ever attend and take there customer issue seriously. I have had this vehicle from past 2.5 years and never ever got satisfied with the service and never got the issues resolved which I faced with it.

Please take a strict actions against them.
