Survey Voices reviews and complaints

I signed up for Survey voices they has several companies requesting my services to complete more surveys then they send me a email for payout. I click the button to confirm my payout but all I get is more surveys to complete. Is this slavery because I am not getting paid

My email address, date of birth, physical address, gender, and whatever other information that is needed has been used to sign me up for your services. Before I am told that I am responsible for any charges I would like to cancel this subscription, my name is Shannon Parish and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you. I really would like this matter resolved ASAP because there is no way to contact them directly, but the privacy policy says that surveyvoices is linked to you. All I would like is to be unsubscribed from their services. Thank you.
