Southgate Wheels Car dealership

To start off save yourself copious amounts of problems.

Firstly I went to South Gate wheels to purchase a vehicle cash, at this point everything went south. Befitting of their name!

The sales person helping me went by the name of shannon, Shannon is incredibly rude and snotty as quoted by Shannon's message to me
"U asked to speak to my manager to reassure you because you said I was lying.. you had spoken to him.. So how can I help you?"
This was not the first time she was rude. I did not mention to nobody that Shannon was a liar so I felt this was extremely disrespectful!

It took them 2 months to get me my car natis papers when In actual fact the day I bought the car I had asked her via WhatsApp how long will it take and she said it would take 1 week. Her excuse to me was that the car was a park as sell and that's why it's taking long, my argument was that she knew it was a park and sell when I asked her about the natis papers and she said 1 week so now the story changes...

I had informed her that I was driving an unlicensed car to which she and her manager said they will organise me a temporary driving permit which never came to fruition.

I then informed Shannon that my insurance company needs an up to date license disk for my car In order to be covered to which Shannon stated "the insurance shouldn't have a problem with an expired license disk and I should be covered if anything happens" I feel like these people do not care at all about their customers!

Shannon promised me on collection of my natis papers I can collect my spare key as well as motor book, when collecting my papers after 2 months to my surprise I was informed they do not have my spare key as well as books for the car.

In addition I was not provided with a new license disk Shannon said they do not give new license disks for cash sales.

I have all our WhatsApp messages to back up my complaint.

This whole ordeal has been nothing but a complete nightmare from start to finish.

And I would soon rather be driving a bicycle rather than dealing with them!

Southgate Wheels Secondhand car sales

We purchased a new/second hand vehicle, upon receiving the vehicle it was a code 3, smashed repaired. Salesman clearly told us the vehicle was brand new accident free. All warrenties and service plans had been voided due to write off from accident damage. No contracts, agreements or any documentation was given to us. No licensing papers availible either.
We returned the vehicle, where they tried to tell us they will repair the vehicle. We declined and asked for a full refund witch has still not been done.
