South African Postal Service review: Delayed processing of expedited parcel

On the 6th January 2021 my daughter requested express service to South Africa of a time sensitive parcel. She was advised that she should pay USD68. 95 for the expedited service and since the parcel would be routed via FedEx delivery would take 3 to 5 working days.

The tracking number is EH018022355US. The parcel is shown to have arrived in South Africa on the 12th January and no updates thereafter. I called today to ask what is happening as FedEx did not have any record of the parcel in their system. I was advised that there is a backlog and the parcel is sitting in a locked container at Or tambo and would probably only be sent to me after 3 months.
I couldn't believe my ears as the whole point of paying for expedited express international fees is to ensure you receive the parcel urgently other wise we may as well have used normal snail mail.

Desired outcome: Urgent delivery of time sensitive parcel
