The item is having problems holding a charge.Not sure if the power jack is broken the charger wiggles in the jack.I have rarely used this item since purchase.Bought item to see if I wanted an I pad type tool.Extremely short battery life.Extremely long charges when I can ge the jack to fit.I have an A+ certification not a rookie.Not interested in a refund would like an exchange for a working model.Please advise

Your response for troubleshooting this item.will not read well on the internet complaint pages.
Minimizing the cost of the item $89 and telling me not to worry about the cost of a defective tool that has a 6 month guarantee is not good customer service.
Telling me the item is out of production when I see the same item at $1 difference in price on your site and you can't swap that item out is not good customer service.
Advising me to send the item back to be fixed by your company was a good idea.Telling me that sending the product back is not easy and you do not recommend me to do this is not good customer service.
Telling me to try another charger because the charger that came with the item wiggles in the powerjack lets me know you have limited experience with computer items.I could short out the item if the powerjack is in fact broken. The charger should not wiggle at all.
Am I to understand since I only paid $89 for a tool to use in my business, the fact that I am having problems should not be a problem.
You will help but you will not exchange the item and you do not recommend me sending the item back. Your remedy is for me to change chargers on an item that has a 6 month guarantee. Do I understand your company's position correctly?

I am sorry to tell you the problem is not the adapter. The power jack is broken. and any adapter placed in the power slot will wobble and not charge the item.Clarke I give up.I will trash this product. I have spent too much time on this broken item.I will purchase tablet another item from another vendor with a better return policy.I regret I can not recommend your company or product to anyone. As mother of the bride, prior to ordering the dress I inquired about shipping dates as I wanted to make sure the dress would arrive on time. I was re-assured by Clark that the dress would arrive in plenty of time as it would take 25 days. I kept up the emails during the production time just to make sure all was going well. After 46 days, I still do not have the dress and the wedding was this past weekend. Needless to say, Sinomart did not hold up to their word regarding the time it would take, was quick to charge my charge card for my dress, and I still have not received the dress. I stopped receiving emails from Clark when I told him that the dress was not going to make it on time.

Dead links, bad dropshipping links, no contact info on order page, and blaming the buyer are what sinomart.com is all about.I am not sure about the quality of the product as it has not arrived yet. When I initially tried to purchase this product(7 Inch Google Android Tablet PC) I was met with dead links. I finally was able to contact the company but I had to spend 15 minutes trying to find the contact info on the initial order page there is no contact information other than a review product link. I posted a review stating there are dead links.I then used the contact info file I searched for and found on another part of the site and explained the dead links and the inability to order the product.I asked for advise on how to use their service because I still wanted the product.Still no response 24hours later the order page was up and running(I thought) I ordered the product using pay pal. On the initial order page there was no mention of shipping charges but during the payment process there is a 28 usd shipping charge.The payment went through with the shipping charge. I clicked ok and made a purchase. Immediately sinomart and pay pal sent a receipt that did not include shipping. The next day Clarke at sinomart sent an email stating I forgot to pay the shipping charges.I explained I was initially charged a shipping charge through paypal but I have no control over how sinomart's dropshipping, shipping charges or site works.Sinomart like most online operations control the cost of shipping not the client.24 hours later Sinomart sent another email explaining if I had problems with the site I should have used the contact button not the review button.Sinomart claims no one reads the review post.please send the excess.I have sent the excess. I caution anyone by using this company or purchasing their products you may be subject to a poor site design, this may cause your payments, contact request, reviews, shipping, to not process correctly. This will elicit a response from Clarke or someone like him to email you and blame you for their processing errors.Let the buyer beware, unless you have a lot spare time trying to get a someone else's site to work properly.PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN USING SINOMART

No buy in Sinomart, they did a mistake in Custom, send a price 5 times Higher, an d if you don't pay, lose your money and your order. You can't complaint in paypal, because is a custom issue.

I have just used Sinomart to buy a ball dress and to be fair although it was quite hard to get hold of someone for queries when I did get hold of them they were very helpful. The dress has also arrived within 28 days when it could have been up to 42 days, it fits fine and the quality is what you would expect when paying about £60 for a ball dress from China (I'm in the UK). I don't think they are a scam company they are just a bit slow and hard to get hold of if there are any serious problems.
In order to be fair, this is Mother of the Bride to say that I received my dress yesterday (after the wedding) and 47 days after ordering it. I do have to say the dress is beautiful and wish that I could have worn it for the wedding. My advice to anyone ordering from here, the dresses are nice, but order WAY ahead of time as the time they advertise was not how my experience turned out with them.

I have had the same issue with Sinomart. I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress with plenty of time prior to the wedding with an email to make sure their advertising of 28 days would hold true. I received an email from Clark stating my order had been processed and my dress was started 3 days previously. It has now been 46 days, numerous emails to inquire about the
status/shipping and I still do not have my dress. I stopped receiving emails from Clark when I told him that the dress that I someday may receive was too late, as the wedding was this past weekend.

When did you place your order? I received a response e-mail from a "Clarke" who said that prduction on my dress would be complete in 7 days ... if true, that means that production would take 38 days instead of the stated 18-20 days advertised. I find it disturbing that a company who says it strives on customer service will not provide company contact information. This company is fast to collect payment for a product ... but FAIL to deliver! Sounds to me like stealing to me!

I have been trying for over a week to contact Sinomart through every avenu available on their website and no contact has been made from the company. I also have found that they were quick to accept my payment, but fail to respond to any questions I have in regards to my purchased poduct. I addition, on the "status page" it says that my payment was received 5/5/11 and today is only 5/4/11! My payment cleared my bank the day after I placed the order (4/5/11) and the information is INCORRECT on their website under status of product! Also, their shipment timeframe is INCORRECT as well! It has been past the amount of time allowed for making the dress and shipping the item and I have yet to receive confirmation of shipment let alone heard a single word from the company. I planned on ordering other products from this company, but until things are made right I DO NOT plan to order from this site in the future and SERIOUSLY advise others NOT to as well!
