Showbiz Asia reviews and complaints

I purchased and booked my tickets online and I was told to collect my tickets at the counter. My boyfriend and I headed to the art science museum at MBS and were told that there were no showbiz tickets delivered. I was shocked as I had received the confirmation number along with all the details. They called up the Showbiz staff and said they forgot about it and will immediately hurry down. We waited for a long while and of course we were upset and disappointed. Not only had we paid more for booking online through ShowBiz, the worse part was we had to wait and watch the other customers get their tickets straight. The staff finally arrived and she did not look apologetic. I expected more than an apology, as it was really very irresponsible. I've sent them a feedback form and they have yet to reply to me. I hope they will do something about this. Other than that, I am NEVER going to buy from them again. Do heed my warnings, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Have been reserving and collecting tickets through Showbiz Australia for the past three years, and no problems so far. But first time purchasing tickets in Singapore through Showbiz and what a SHOCK. I had at the box office counter! My 'RESERVED' tickets were sold and released to others!
I never had a problem paying through my paypal account through Showbiz Australia, BUT my first time buying through Showbiz Asia is the worst ticket buying experience EVER! Since we had already parked at the venue (pain-stakingly, there were NO parking lots but the venue still let cars in). I had to buy more expensive tickets.Please purchase your tickets directly and NEVER rely on third party booking sites especially Showbiz!

CONSUMERS, please purchase your tickets directly and NEVER RELY ON THIRD PARTY BOOKING SITES, ESPECIALLY SHOWBIZ!
