Seicane model:s085989f

I purchased a Android radio system with DAB+ for Mercedes GL.
The DAB+ USB adapter is not detected by the radio.
I have tried a total of 10 DAB+ USB adapters (that work on other Android radio systems), and the Seicane system will not detect it.
I have now spent the last 10 months sending warranty claims to [protected]@seicane.com and [protected]@seicane.com.
They are answering after some time, but there are answers like: Try another DAB+ USB adapter, please read the user manual.
And this are the repeating answers. Is seems like they are doing their best to wear out the customers to avoid any warranty claims.
I paied US$ 755 for this system, and it's natural destination is the trash bin.
I have purcased other Android systems from other shops in China, and these systems are working perfect.
The Seicane system sucks.
Stay away from this scam company.

Seicane car stereo

I bought a stereo for my van as a birthday gift for myself. I paid almost $600.00 for it not including shipping, when I ordered it I was asked to send a picture and the information (model, year etc) with it to ensure that they sent the proper wires with it. When I received the stereo the wires did not match what I needed to install the unit. I have been trying for months to get them to send me the information on how to return the unit and get my money back. At the beginning of this whole process if they had given me the information right away on how to return it and get a refund I might have considered exchanging he unit but we are now on month 3 of the battle to get the information. They keep telling me to send pictures again of my vehicle and they send me a diagram of wires every time. I am telling them that I do not want the information on "fixing" it I want my money back.

I bought 4 Car Radio Androids from Seicane. One just kept resetting every few minutes and no instructions to perfrom a factory reset. I even contacted Seicane into discussion and they said...buy a new one we dont support that version anymore!

I did buy another but I guarantee you it was not SEICANE!

Buyer beware!

They have very poor customer support and they have lost me as a customer (a good one with 4 prior purchases).

I purchased a radio from Seicane about May of 2022. All was well until I went to install the unit. I haven't got to the hook up of the wiring yet as I wanted to be sure the unit fit. After taking out the old unit, I discovered two of the new unit's slots were too small (not long enough). I have a 2007 Jeep Commander Sport and I told Seicane this when I ordered. I received a picture with two radio faces that have two different size slots, one longer than the other. Seicane team contacted me and offered to either receive a refund or my money back. I opted to receive the correct unit but to my surprise, they want me to send the unit back out of my pocket. However, I do believe their policy for returns is 30 days and we are long past that date. After looking at the reviews, now I'm wondering. I have no intentions of sending this unit back to China out of my pocket.

i bought a radio from them as well about 5 months ago. i also had the same issue with the wiring harness not matching my car. i sent them several pics of my wiring and they said it would work. i have a 2002 lexus ls430. everything works on the new system except the ac
