Sukam Inverter Inverter not charging and no support

Service of Sukam Inverters is worst. We have procured a Sukam Inverter about a year back with 1.4 KVA. Within a year, the battery stopped charging. Everytime we call a person from Power Grip Systems, Bangalore, they send people only after n number of repeated calls and inspite of being under warranty, they charge us everytime for 350/-. Within a span of 4-5 mths of their resolving the problem, again there is a same problem. Inspite of number of requests made to them, they are reluctant to send any person. I am planning to procure Inverter from some other company where I can get some support. Never mind losing an amount of Rs. 20000/-, I have learnt a lesson. My personal suggestion to every probable customer of Inverter is that do not procure Sukam which gives problem frequently. While installing the Inverter, Power Grip Systems people promised a year free service and they have hardly visited our place in the initial year of procurement.

Hi I have an issue with my 1.4 Su-kam inverter. It is not charging and when I put external charger to charge the battery it does not last more than 20 mins before the inverter says battery low and they are New batteries. Please what could be wrong. my emails address is ekolomo@yahoo.com

I use sukam 3.5kva inverter. The scree does not display again. It is just blank.

Greetings All
I have submitted a post here before about a complaint about my invertor. I said on that complaint that there was support from Su-Kam by email, but that email was not enough to resolve the issue.
In fact a few minutes into that, the support person asked me to switch to social networking and chat the problem while next to the system. I did and we started conversation. He asked for images of many parts of the system with status being displayed on LCD screen of all the inverter, the chargers, and the generator. He asked me to take actual readings of voltages and amperes of many lines of the system. He immediately realized that there was a configuration problem. He gave me instructions on how to rectify the problem. Everything went great. Now my system is on excellent status.

Please help me with the following complaint I have with Sukam 800 VA falcon inverter:
The charging indicator of the above mentioned inverter is ON but the battery wont get charge. The batter is brand new 120 AH. Regards.

Hi, I have issues with my 3.5KVA inverter. My e-mail address is ibkopelami@yahoo.com and you can reach me on +[protected]. The inverter keeps shutting down. This happens when the electricity supply goes down and the inverter is supposed to kick in but instead it shuts down and starts making noise with the message check wiring. I need help urgently cause i'm tired of this product.

I have bought sukam inverter and Exide battery from Rajat Electronics and both is in warrnaty period.I have asked sukam customer care and the person attended the site with no help blaming the battery
I called up Exide custome care and they blamed that inverter is not charging up
I have no clue where to go
I have called Rajat Electronics and they did no help even not attending the call

Sukam Inverter Bad product, worse after sales service

I had purchased a su-kam inverter in June 2007. Every 2-3 weeks the inverter would stop working due to something or the other and the company takes its own sweet time to send the guys for repairs after filing a complaint, normally someone makes a visit at least a week after. So during that time the consumer has to suffer. Then the battery turned out to be faulty and they took 1 month to replace it, and did not even provide a stand-by battery. 3 months after the battery was replaced, the new one has also turned out to be faulty. It has already been 2 weeks since I filed a complaint and no action has been taken so far despite repeated phone calls to them.

Considering the power situation in gurgaon, I have suffered a lot due to this product. I will advice people against purchasing su-kam products.

I agree on this comment. I had also bought a Sukam product and now suffering due to its bad service quality.
