Sanuki corp is horrible. Everything was going sort of all right in a search for a car for me to import. Found a car around christmas 2023/24 things seemed good until I was lied too and it was too late! They had my money! I finally got the car mid august. Car was supposed to have low km and 'no' rust! That's wat they told me "it's an really good car sir"...

Sanuki Corporation Mercedes s class w140

in April I paid $10,600 for a Mercedes w140 s class, the car didn't pass the inspection, so they couldn't find another car in that budget, I gave them time, but we didn't reach an agreement, so I demanded a refund, according to the company's policy they have 14 days to return it, so I extended it for another 10, and so I started extending it indefinitely, playing for time, and PayPal doesn't work, and Chiba bank rejects the payment, etc. so I kept in contact with them in order to recover the money until I realized that I was dealing with a criminal group, and I reported the case to the police, who delegated the case to Interpol, I am turning to you as an organization that has had similar cases with this company. reading previous cases, I see a similarity in action.

Desired outcome: immediate refund of $10,600,

Same here. "Rakuten bank can't send the money, it's not our fault!". I'm hiring an aggressive lawyer to rip them a second a-hole. Keep me posted on your progress please as this fradulent joint is bloody criminal.

After I experienced extremally disappointing , Sanuki's Manager Allan contacted me and tried to help. He let me understand this is an normal process of purchasing cars oversea. He did a great help. I believe most buyers are new to this. The biggest worry is been frauded. Through all my conversation with my sales and the manager, I understood they are real export company, that is a good news to every buyer, but themselves will not understand how important this is., why i am so nervures is because when i asked for refund, the sales try to sale, and not clearly tell customer the refund process, maybe the truth is they try to help to get what i want, but as an customer without out any clearly answer of refund, you will feel this is fraud, this is what they could improve in the future. now, they found another van i agreed to buy, and it passed the second inspection, every cutomer want to get what they want and look farward to their dream vehicle. I will keep posting all their help. and let other buyers like me have a good time with Sanuki. i will do an utube sharing of how to buy cars from them. anna liu

Sanuki Corporation Refused to refund my 1000$ after failure to get the car from auction

I wanted to buy VW golf from auction through Sanuki Corporation and they asked for a deposit of 1000$, I deposited the amount on 30 May 2023 three, after days of trying to get the right car they failed and asked if I can deposit more money to secure the bid, I refuse and ask for a refund since 26 June 2023 and they have been refusing to refund my money with a statement that their bank account has been frozen and the bank is holding my money. Please assist

Sanuki Corporation Company refuse to ship the 2 vehicles purchased for us 36.000 or to refund back my money.

On January 18,2023, I purchase two trucks from Sanuki Corporation namely small concrete truck and a small dump truck for a total price of us36,000. Up to present, Sanuki refuse to ship the two vehicles that I purchase or to reimburse me the us36000 that I pay them. Since they have not ship the two vehicle. I would need my US36000 that I pay them immediately. Thanks

i paid them 13100 now, i can tell they wont ship my car, i was told, the van they provided for me to buy failed the second car inspection. they refuse to refund my money.

Did you get the refund? Sanuki is currently defrauding us and we are in Canada as well. They've been lying to us since February 2024, stalling and finding excuses to not return the money. Fraud 100%. STEER CLEAR EVERYONE!

Dear Mr Francis,

We are very disappointed with the current situation of these 2 vehicles' shipments to St Lucia. You mentioned here that We were denying to ship these 2 vehicles to you, but honestly, You have the knowledge that the above-mentioned vehicles we have purchased for you, and as well as we are working on it very hard to get done the shipment. For the last few months, all of the Japanese exporters are facing a big issue with the carribian RORO shipments. We would be looking continually at the Container shipment with Vanning. There are a few shipping lines that do the container shipment to St' Lucia but they are not doing vanning. Therefore vanning companies are very busy & now we are on their waiting list to do the vanning. They promised us anyhow this month this will be finished. We also notice this shipment delay will affect both of us. But we would like to inform you that we are working on that to reduce the delay time. Again we are very sorry about this situation and As a responsible vehicle export company, we will rectify this problem asap.

Everybody, steer clear, international fraudsters ripping off naive customers who believe that the japanese people are ethical!

I did deposit payment of 6240$ to sanuki corporation Japan last year 21/12/2022 though PayPal for payment of Mitsubishi micro bus 33 seats manual transmission and they failed to deliver. I have contacted them on doing refund but they have been doing me round and round. Till now am tired. Before I did payment I contact jct for the confirmation. But now this company is not trustworthy.
