Road Ready Certified reviews and complaints

I had Road Ready Certified do a preinspection on my 70 Chevelle SS. When I received the report back the inspector identified ONE problem with the whole car. When I got the car there was another 23 items wrong with the car. Issues that were blatantly obvious and all are part of their inspection process noted on their website. Things, like stress fractures on both sides of the trunk, rust in numerous areas, cigarette burns on upholstery, tears in the seat, paint chips/scratches, excessive play in the steering, speakers not workinf, clock not working, etc... I would not have bought this car if I had known all the issues that this car had. This company cost me $48, 000.00 plus what ever it is going to take to repair all the issue.

As I am based in Germany I did place a Pre-Purchase Inspection with Road Ready Certified. A Company recommend by Hemmings. The car I was interested in was a 1962 Corvette based in Penfield/New York. The inspection was quickly ordered on the internet and also within a week the inspection was done. I did receive a detailed report stating that the car was completly restored and like new. The car did arrvive beginning of June and surely it was not inspected. The Carburator of the car does not function well, the window winders and our parts did fall of if you did touch them. One wheel bearing was damaged that the car made a terrible noise and because of the damaged carburator the engine did get to much gasoline and did not function correct. So it cannot be that the car was inspected by Road Certify. So i really cannot recommend this company. Regards JM Sieg/Bavaria/Germany
