order arrived on time. glasses content very poor they looked like they had come out of a xmas cracker. the right lens moved but no adjustment noticed on the left lens. I am very surprised that a company of yore standing has allowed its name to be used on this product. I have not returned the glasses as I am waiting to see what you intend doing about them, if the replacement glasses are the same as these then I would prefer a refund of my money. I am not shipping them back to you at the moment as I am sure the only place you will put them is in the trash

I will... once again... explain my problem.  I ordered a shower head from you via Facebook but one you sent me is NOT  the 1 advertised on Facebook as it doesn't have the switch on the head that changes water pressure to massage etc.  But I paid same price! Dont have order number any more but was sent through this email to K N Mumford.  93 Thamesdale.  Ellesmere port ch656qr.
