It has actually happened to me. I was offered a free trial by Procleanse Gold. To include bank information for whatever reason. I then continued to receive Procleanse Gold month after month without my consent, in my absence from the UK. I can't believe this has happened. I want to return all the many packages received which I solemnly refuse to undo and send the lot back, to get my money refunded. Is that legally possible.

Have been in exactly the same position
Went on to www.myprocleansgold.com go to live chat
Unfortunately had to threaten to take the company to court but eventually they agreed to refund as long as the used trial bottle & any other shipments received were returned by registered post, with the number they gave as a return reference to

I am also writing to the distributor & the compny address claiming the refund & the cost of return as their error has caused the expense

Pro Cleanse Gold Rip Off

Pro Cleanse Gold is an absalute scam! I ordered the product after knowing that I can cancel it within the 2 week period, which I did! I received my trial package which I paid $10 for and then 3 days later spoke with a representative and cancelled the product I also then emailed them to make sure in which case they sent in a confirmation of cancellation and asked me send the empty bottle back. A few days later they deducted another $120 out of my account. I obviously contacted them again and asked the to refund me, I sent through the cancellation confirmation. They then asked me to send back the bottle which cost me another $25 shipping to the UK. It has been 3 months now and after emailing them every day I still have not had a refund!

Big Big Scam!

I am yet another victim of the Procleanse Gold scam! similar stories to all of the above started on a trial and then was notified by my bank via text to say i had made an overseas transaction and if this was not right to contact them. They are now looking into it. I am lucky that they have only taken one payment of 77.20 but even so I never received the goods as they were never delivered I was carded by the post office and they were automatically returned to them. I can't seem to find an email address for them and i have deleted the email i sent to them cancelling my subscription so I'm not sure how Iwill get on with a successful refund? Well good luck everyone we must be wiser in the future.

I never knew i was into a trap when i first subscribed for Proclease Gold. The company has since then been taking money from my account for about three months now (about Aus$130.99 per month). All these has been happening despite the fact that i unsubscribed after two months. What a scam. I have heaps of bottles of this stuff (6 bottles) and don`t know where to take them. Thanks for the information i have got from this site. I will report this scam to my bank so they can take up this matter and cancel my card. To all people, please keep off this company.

I have today discovered payments of £74.40 and £77.40 taken from my bank account one of the payments went today the other on the 15/10/2010. I, also had ordered the SO CALLED free trial with a cost of £3.95 P&P.I did not enter any agreement, sign any authorisation or agree to ANY further purchases. I recieved today 2 packs of the Pro/cleanse gold and 1 pack 2weeks ago. this was then, when i unsuscribed (i thought) on line via an email they had sent me. My bank have been wonderfull, today they discovered that the monies that left my account today were infact taken out using my PIN (the pin you use to withdraw cash from cash machines) Not only that, but the cash was withdrawn in CYPRUS using my PIN...Mmmmm ! Sounds odd doesnt it? considering i didnt give my PIN when i first ordered the free trial on line. My bank were speaking to there credit card fraud deptmnt regarding these transactions when they were told that the payment taken today was withdrawn in cyprus via my PIN.My bank were asked if I had not used my card today in cyprus (haha, Iknow, bear with me) It was at this point my bank laughed and told there fraud deptmnt "IMPOSSIBLE, AS THE CUSTOMER IS STOOD HEAR IN FRONT OF US AT THE BANK IN LIVERPOOL, NOT CYPRUS...At this point the bank said there is your evidence of fraud on this account, the customer is here in England with her card and yet the CASH was taken out in CYPRUS TODAY using my so callled card and PIN. I was informed by the bank that when WE give card details on line, which includes ...SORT CODE, ACCOUNT NUMBER, EXP.DATE, START DATE, the long number on front of card, & the 3DIGIT NUMBER ON BK OF CARD THIS gives them COMPLETE & wait for this...AUTHORISED ! yes thats right AUTHORISED access to your account.UNBELIEVABLE isnt it YOU THINK YOUR SAFE, YOUR TOLD YOUR SAFE BUT YOUR NOT. I have never been aware that giving you credit/debit card details for purchases GIVES open access TO ANYBODY & EVERYBODY to your personal bank account, ALSO, that by giving your 3DIDGET NUMBER on back of card ALLOWS THEM TO TAKE ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY AT ANY TIME THEY CHOOSE! SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE AND QUICKLY HOW BAD IS THAT. Doesnt make any logical sesnse to me that this is how our banking system works with CARDS . WHATS THE POINT OF PIN NUMBERS ? A FALSE FEELING OF SECURITY GIVEN TO US BY THE BANKING SYSTEM. NOW THAT IS FRAUD.My bank have cancelled my card, reported this as fraud, involved the police and have THANKFULLY given me a refund...

Horrible company to deal with, should be shut down. Ordered free trial, cancelled, received 3 shipments within one week after cancelling, charging me over $200.00. I emailed for a refund and was granted a refund along with the address to send unopened bottles to by one employee - sent the bottles back at my expense. Received email from a different employee that they received my package but said I do not qualify for a refund, now they have kept the supplies that they charged to my credit card. They have not responded to anymore emails requesting a refund or to send the supplies back. I will never participate in on-line orders ever again. What an expensive lesson to learn.

I too also seem to have been scamed by PROCLEANSE GOLD UK site.

I ordered a sample of this product in which an amount of $4.53 was debited from my bank account on 2.7.10 for a visa purchase on 30.6.10. I received the product but at no time did I indicated I wanted anymore of this product or give authority to debit my account for any amount.

I was astounded to see an amount of $140.39 debited from my bank account on 23.7.10 indicating I purchased this product on 21.7.10 via visa. I did not make any such purchase and have tried contacting the site via help@procleansegold.com but it doesn't appear to be a valid site. After reading everybody else's encounters from same site I will now have to go visit the bank to cancel my card. Can't trust anybody anymore.

PROCLEANSE GOLD AND CHO YUNG TEA are real SCAMS ! You sign up for subscription without being told! Not once! Not when signing up, not when they confirm your free trial order! Not when they send you the stuff! Not when you receive the product! Not when they take money off your account! I can't believe I went for it. I normally check this kind of things before ordering, but this time around I jumped in! Weight loss can do crazy things to you... Apart from the joke, I also asked my bank to investigate. The girl I had on the phone said she recognized the transaction before I mentioned which one. So they obviously get a lot of people! I do hope it will be refunded. The ivestigation is apparently a long process but at least the amounts have been put aside and my bank is sending me new credit cards... Just can't believe it! Also sending back all the stuff received which I have not ordered tomorrow! Stay away from these two companies!

Pro Cleanse Gold SCAM - Don't BUY!!!

Ordered the Pro Cleanse Gold and it arrived in 3 days! Only then did my husband and I realise that we'd been debited $6.95 on the first day, then $126.00 one week later and now 2 weeks later again another $126.00

This is ridiculous. The fine print defaults you to a contract that I DID NOT AGREE TO!

I sent an email saying I didn't want the product anymore and it bounced back so they have no record of it even though I do.
Now they're saying I agreed to the contract and not just the 14 day trial.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT EVER!

In addition, I had the same thing happen with Cho Yung Tea although 51 days on and that product hasn't arrived at all!
I believe they are affiliated.

I have reported them to the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs and anyone else I can find

I ordered a colon cleanse supplement supplying my card details for only the £3.95 postage n packaging for this free trial which i recieved. I did not re order this product and a payment of £74.95 has been taken from my account. I was totally unaware of this and am very very angry indeed about this. I want to find out how to sucessfully unsubscribe to this product, to find out why my bank card details were kept and if i can get this money back?

I have to say I fell for this SCAM as well, I received my sample on the 20 September 2010, then on the 5th October Pro Cleanse took £77.20 from my account (the only reason I knew of this is because the fraud department at the bank contacted me to query it!)

Once I realised exactly what was happening I cancelled my card straight away and contacted Pro Cleanse via telephone and e-mail to cancel everything, they stopped the shipment of my second bottle and within 9 working days I had a full refund!

My advice is to e-mail the help@mypcgsupport.com and ennsure you have everything in writing, these people are alot more helpful than those taking the calls.

Well, I've posted a note regarding the scam apprx 2 weeks ago.
I received some good news today, but not from Procleanse. My credit card company credited back all monies previously debited by Procleanse. The credit card company did an investigation and realized that Procleanse was a scam. Since, then my credit card # has been changed.
@Angryjojo: You will not be able to contact Procleanse. The numbers either do not work and your email will bounce back.
Best thing would be to start an investigation with your credit card company, just like I did.
Good luck!

I have had the very same scam! I've been charged £77.20, for a product I do not want! I have today had to cancel my card and close my account to ensure that no more money gets taken from either Cho Young or Procleanse gold. I don't know wheter I was more mad at me or them. I have been trying all day (at work) to get hold of someone at either company to get my money back but none of the phone numbers work. Please could someone give me any other avenues of contacting these deceptive b******s.

just like all of the above, checked into this site to note all had been scam, well I have emailed the company and received two email replys, one from an automated email system and another from a person at a distribution house. I have cancelled the credit card just in case and also notifuied the bank who have placed my issue with the investigatory team. I have to show them the email trail and they will follow up, one that replied in person has stated they will not debit any fuurther cost from my card, but I have to return the product to the UK address. Will see if I get it.
The bank stated that because I entered a free trial period it may not necessarly stop the card from been debited by these companies, as depends on the contract, which is very cleverly written.

Best to do everything striaght away and cancel card, note that banks will help if you can prove that a scam is working, but it may take a while.

Well it looks like we are all b... idiots. Living in NZ the same thing. Ordered the free trial, tried to cancel both products, e-mails bounced back. Payment for both the tea and the procleanse taken out on the day they are sent. Obviously take several days to get here, returned products the next day with NICE letters in them. Have no idea if they have been received by the sender as I'm sure the return address's are different on the postage to what's on the packaging. So far have lost $600. Have brought the bank in as I want my money back. Have tried sending other e-mails, still bouncing back. Will now try the live chat. Did try to ring once with no luck. I'd say that the CEO must be a RICH man especially when there are IDIOTS like us around. Same old, same old, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I read an entry where a firm was endorsing procleanse, obviously they are PAID by the sellers. It's a shame there are DISHONEST people out there but that's how the baskets survive. Sue

Scam Scam Scam! Why is this company not out of business yet?
Just noticed that my credit card was charged twice for a product that I never ordered or requested. I've cancelled my credit card today and my credit company will investigate with the merchant. I hope that all charges are reversed. I'm glad I came across this forum.
