False advertisement of the $20.00 cashback for your order
Dear Gentleperson, 
Upon my finalizing my order for the pressure cooker on 2/20/16, as you can see my receipt below and attached photos, It indicates that if you call the 800 number that the customer would be entitled to $20.00 cash back on your order placed. When calling the number, I was informed that I would need to do a 30 day trial of another product in order to eligible for my $20.00 cash back on my order. No where on my receipt was that disclosed. When sending an email to [protected]@pressurecooker.com, after one of their sales persons couldn't help me, I was referred to another number and then to this website. Again, Nowhere on my receipt was this information disclosed thereby making it false advertisement. I don’t think that is a very nice thing they display and then don't follow through and the amount of the product is not cheap. I want the $20.00 cash back on my order as indicated. Again, nowhere was it disclosed in my receipt that I would have purchase any other additional product. I can be reached by email at [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected].

I ordered a pressure cooker on June 8 the order went though on the 9th I still haven't received it 2 weeks ago I called and was told it was back order again on July 1st I called the lady was very rude to me again told me it was on back order and would be 2-3 weeks before I would get it.I feel after already waiting 8 days short of a month I should receive...
