Wrong price
I purchased a pool cleaner online for $140. I then received an email back approximately 10 minutes later saying the price was wrong. Lack of Customer service rep Shaun stated the price was wrong the actual price was much higher then originally advertised. He stated this was a price error and did not help me out at all. He basically told me he wasn't going to help me out at all and if I wanted to purchase the cleaner I would have to pay the inflated price. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! Buyer beware, they have corrupt business practices and do not care about their customer!

No product - No refund
On Sept. 2, 2009, I purchased form Pools Etc., Inc. via EBay item #[protected] Saunacore KW6 sauna heater. Payment was remitted the same day via PayPal. Estimated delivery was Sept. 17 - Sept. 24. There was an obvious pricing error on our site so we had sent him over an email concerning this issue. As a law enforcement officer I would expect that he would have been more understanding. There is no way that a cleaner that retails for over $850 everywhere would be $119.95. Instead of being nasty and posting negative comments about an obvious mistake we were hoping that he would be more understanding. Furthermore, the customer was not charged and was notified immediately that the order was going to be cancelled.
