Philwest Somerset West is a disgrace and embarrassment to the VW brand. My mother took her car for its first service a week ago. Since then the petrol gage is faulty. After driving and refuelling 2 weeks ago it still shows the car is full. I contacted their service department and I've been told they can only assist us in 2 weeks or the car must stay at...

I took my car in for repair to Philwest volkswagen. I even told them what the problem is in which the said that it was something else. And the end it was the problem I told them and I ended up spending more money. And the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and I dont think I will recommend anyone to take their car to them. I am so upset that I consider moving away from volkswagen just so that I dont have to deal with Philwest again. Hendry who is the manager didnt want to take the blame for the error.

Philwest somerset west is bad. Wont ever service my car there again. I am also done with VW. Service is poor and I will warn everyone I know about Philwest. Worst experience ever
