Philwest Somerset West review: Service

Philwest Somerset West is a disgrace and embarrassment to the VW brand. My mother took her car for its first service a week ago. Since then the petrol gage is faulty. After driving and refuelling 2 weeks ago it still shows the car is full. I contacted their service department and I've been told they can only assist us in 2 weeks or the car must stay at their workshop for 3 days! Completely unacceptable! Clearly their poor workmanship caused this problem and they are unwilling to fix it immediately. And the fact that they expect an elderly woman to drive a car with a faulty petrol gage is outrageous. I have driven several VW cars in the past, and after this bad experience I will never drive VW again. This is not how you treat your customers!
