I am writing to attempt to remove a complaint filed against me on your site. A previous client filed this complaint on your site over two years ago (04/24/2009). What the client failed to mention was that she commited fraud on her taxes. Her boss at that time created false paystubs to support a certain amount of income. When our underwriter ordered the 4506T to verify her taxable income, the inomce was different. Unfortunately I had to deny the loan for insufficient income.
I don't use the internet for a lot of marketing, however this seems to be the only thing that comes up on my company. I do not think it is a fair assessment as to how I do business with my clients. I would appreciate a follow up on this post.

Tim Mcwhite told me on 2 different occations I had been aproved for a home loan. I worked w him for over 4 months. Left after the 1st faulty run around to another company. They did indead get me aproved w a bit of a higher rate and w my father as a co applicant. Tim at Peak Financial then called me back ASSURING me of the loan the 2nd time ON MY OWN. He even called the realtor on both sides both times to ensure me of the approval. He knew in full detail of my full situation. i paid for the apprasial and the inspection and a sewer scope even. Closing was set for a Fri and he called me 2 days before and was telling me he needed more info ( info I have asked about and told him I could never produce.) My Divorce decree had all of it and he still needed more. I didnt close, the home owner is furious and has threatened to pull out, I had to beg the other company to take me back again. Tim fought sending over my file, was rude and nasty to me arguing many times as well as w the new lender.
He is not compitant, he is a liar, and does not listen to the needs of his clients, nor is he respect them. I am a professional single mother who has had the runaround for 4.5 months now and I am furious! I will get the loan, but he has almost cost me everything my family and I want so badly.
