pdffiller.com software - cloud based

WARNING - I signed up for the trial version. I played around with one of our internal company templates. I decided PFfiller was not meeting my needs. I deleted the form and then contacted them to cancel the account which they did.

Now I see that our internal company form is AVAILABLE PUBLICLY ON THE INTERNET!

Do NOT use this company. They are not qualified to be running a cloud based software system!

pdffiller.com charges on bank account

On saturday, 4/21/2018 I submitted a request to activate an account. I immediately canceled the request when I saw the fee of $120.00. My bank was charged the amount of $120 although I had canceled. I need to have the amount either credited back to my bank, or a check cut and sent to me immediately. All correspondence must be in writing. I do not answer unsolicited calls; and I do not access my e-mail frequently.

My name is constance l seado

After several days of noticing how Google Adwords work and coming to the conclusion that it was not for me, I called their toll free number to request that both the promotional trial and the newly set up account be cancelled. It took nearly 30 minutes of "a as in apple, b as in boy..." and phonetically sounding out words to this person in India or god knows where, to finally get my request across. This was in 2017, and I was assured by the foreign agent that my account was now closed and there was nothing to worry about. On April 16, 2018 as I checked my bank debit charges, I noticed that Google Adwords had used my bank information from the closed account to withdraw $128.14 from my account. It is a nightmare attempting to have the funds returned. Each time I call their offices, I am transferred to some country overseas. This is unlawful and bad business practice, and I will not rest until I get my funds returned to my bank.
