Complete disregard and no help from these people
Guys, please don’t pay the company Parsan Hosting LLC. They were ok at the beginning, but later they started to ignore all my emails and questions if there were problems with the services. It showed that the online agents were online, but no one responded to my messages. It was strange, because they must respond within 24 hours. I wonder if someone has faced the same problems.
Impossible to get help from these guys
We signed for the services of Parsan Hosting LLC. Our companies domains are tied up, but the hosting of this company didn’t work. It doesn’t matter how many times we tried to contact the customer services and get the help, these people didn’t try to help you and avoided all communication with you. Be careful and please stay away from this company. Not recommended.
