My client purchased Norwalk sectional. Within 3 weeks of delivery which was in November 2022 they noticed a hole in each arm of the sectional in the exact same area. You can feel the rough wood underneath the fabric where the holes is. There is no padding, so the fabric rubs against the bare wood. I filed a complaint with the customer service center. A...
