They are not returning my purchase and claim they never got the second necklace I sent them
I purchased two necklaces before Christmas approximately December 20. They are very poor quality on January 8. I sent both necklaces in the same box via UPS to the company for a refund. They claim they only received one necklace and never received the second one which I don’t know how that’s possible because they were sent together in the same box, I’m texting them every day but they are ignoring my advances for my refund. I believe they are scamming me and will not return my money of $86.

Purchased a gold paper clip bracelet
Clasp on bracelet was defective and never stayed connected for the total wearing time. Therefore the bracelet fell off twice while wearing, but the bracelet was found both times.
