Clasp on bracelet was defective and never stayed connected for the total wearing time. Therefore the bracelet fell off twice while wearing, but the bracelet was found both times. I attempted to email Mint and Lily at the email address noted - [protected]@mintandlily.com, without success. I was interested in returning the bracelet for a refund regarding the defective merchandise. In my research of the brand name, I was unable to find a number to call or any means of connection to send my complaint. Therefore, I am financially out the cost of the bracelet, Tax and shipping, and a disappointed recipient of the gift. This company has unfavorable complaints and "F" rating by the BBB.
