I have a charge of $199.88 on my card that only says Business Office but when I request more info from my card company they say it is Medical Services & Health Practitioners. This is still not a charge was not authorized
Cannot contact the Provider Medical Services & Health Practitioners.
Have not received any Product. The sent email with tracking number.
